Recipe: dilute the content in the chocolate machine with 4 lt of milk and cook and 90° and wait for 1h. to get the cocao powder leave out the organoletigal flavour. Then, you can out the temperature down at 75°.
Do not leave the product at temperature lower than 75°. It could be damaged by bacterial.
